Main Frame Assembly: 4" Structural Channel Crossmembers on 12" Centers and 7" Structural Longsills. Crossmembers are Gusseted and Welded to Longsills.
Floor: 3/16 - One Piece Steel Floor with 3" Seamless Radius Corners
Sides: One Piece Formed 10 Gauge with no Welded Seams. Formed 10 Gauge Vertical and Horizontal Bracing. 4x4 Box Top Rail with 8" Board Gussets.
Tailgate: 2 Way - 9 Panel - Manuel - Constructed with 3/16 Plate, includes Boxed Top Rail and Lower Sloping Material Deflector.
Front Wall and Cab Protector: Formed 10 Gauge and Full Width Angle Reinforcement.
